The days of needing to physically visit LESCO’s office to establish a new connection are long gone. LESCO has now launched an online application process for its customers. Now, you can sit at home and submit your LESCO new connection application through your mobile phone.

LESCO New Connection Online Application Stepwise Procedure
You can easily submit your new connection application by following these steps. If you encounter any difficulties, you can complete the procedure by watching our video for guidance.
Visit ENC (Electricity New Connection System) to fill and submit application
Choose the type of connection: domestic, agriculture, tubewell, commercial, industrial, residential colonies, general services, street lights, and temporary connection.
Enter your NTN number (National Tax number). Mostly, it is your CNIC number if you are filer
Enter your Sales tax registration number (STRN)
Select your electricity-provider company, i.e., LESCO, in case you are living in Lahore, Nankana Sahib, Sheikhupura, and Kasur districts.
Select your sub-division (your district)
Select your status: owner or rental.
Enter your name in the applicant name field.
Enter your father’s or husband’s name.
Put your CNIC number
Enter your current address
Enter Mobile Numbers
Enter Contact person’s name that will be available at place of connection during visit and installation of meter
Contact persons Name, mobile number and current address
The contact person has a relationship with the applicant, such as a son, wife, neighbor, or tenant.
Enter your email address, but it is optional.
Enter number of meter already installed at current address.

Select the meter installation company. LESCO receives electric meters from two companies. The companies are Sajjad Brohers and Shahid & Co.
After completing the first step, you now have to upload the required documents.
LESCO New Connection Required Documents
Before filling out the LESCO new connection application form, make sure to scan these documents using your mobile phone or a scanner and save them. Remember, ensure that each document’s size does not exceed 300 KB, as larger files may not upload successfully on the online portal.
Copy of computerized identity card (CNIC)
CNIC of one witness
The electricity bill of any one of the neighbors.
Property documents that include the “Fard” and “Registry or property complete file.
In the case of a rented house, property documents of the owner and tenant agreement are required.
LESCO recommended the wiring expert’s satisfactory report.
Applicants Undertaken or LESCO New Connection Affidavit (Biyan-e-Halfi)
Now you can submit the documents by agreeing to the terms and conditions of LESCO.

Visit www.enc.com.pk
Select from two options: “New connection” or “Change of Name.”.
Select your electricity-provider company, i.e., LESCO, FESCO, KESCO, and IESCO, from the drop-down menu.

You can visit the nearest LESCO office or submit an online application on the ENC website.
Is there any need for a hard copy of an online application form?
Yes. You have to submit a printed copy of the online application form with all required documents.
In 2024, what will be the demand notice fee?
The demand notice fee is between PKR 8,000 and 10,000.
How can I get a print of my demand notice for the LESCO new connection?
Visit ENC website. Click “Print DN”. Click on “Pay DN.” Now you can demand a notice fee online or by visiting a nearby bank. In most of the cases, the bank is Punjab Bank.
How can I submit my demand notice fee receipt?
Simply visit the ENC website. After uploading the receipt, click Upload DN and press submit.
