Steps in calculation of LESCO Bill

Information that you need to know

Type of Connection:

  • Single phase : It is usually for home consumers and voltage is 210–240 Volts
  • Three Phase: It is also for home consumers but voltage is 410–430 Volts

Filer/Non Filer:

If you are a non-filer, then 7.5% of tax is imposed by FBR. So kindly update your data to PITC

Type of consumer:

There are following types of electricity consumers:

  • Domestic
  • commercial
  • Industrial

Units consumed:

units consumed are further related to type of load and time of consumption

  • Types of load are KWH, KVARH and MDI
  • Time of consumption is Peak Hours or Off-peak hours

Meter Rent:

It is not mandatory for all consumer and only applicable to certain group of users

Service charges:

It is the cost applicable to the consumers for providing an uninterrupted power supply. It is also not mandatory for everyone.

TV Fee

Rupees 35 will be charged for each television set in single home.

These are further fields that can either be selected or not are up to the nature of customer.
